The service from Leakbot was exceptional, including Robert, the technician. He tested my lines twice and checked all water areas, carefully explaining what he was doing. He even went to a store and bought and installed new water lines on my washer to prevent a future problem.

Excellent product and highly professional engineer
Blane was very professional . He called before arriving on time. He explained the process and by visual and electronic means he located a serious leak under the kitchen sink and behind wood panelling which he was able to fix on the spot. The flow of water was approx 0.5L per minute. The process took longer than average because the leak was not visible as the water appeared to run off into the foundations soaking the outside wall. Leakbot reported the leak on 13/9. I followed the guidance on the app. The app reported that the leak persisted on ...

When my LeakBot alerted me to a potential leak, I couldn't find a leak, so I called. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and professional. He scheduled a technician visit. Similarly, the technician was great to work with, very respectful and professional. Although my alert turned out to be a false alarm, it was a great experience that helped me gain trust for the company.
